Day 20: Seek | Freedom & Flow 2025
As we approach the final day of our 21-day journey, let’s reflect on what it really means to seek God. And let’s commit, as a community, to an intentional pursuit of His presence, His kingdom, and His goodness.
First, we have to make this pursuit a priority. Seeking God first allows His word and His light to lead and guide us in a world full of distractions.
Second, seeking isn’t just about what we’re chasing after; it’s also about what we’re choosing to filter out. It’s prioritizing Him not just before, but above the noise—the endless headlines, social media feeds, and constant stream of opinions that compete for our attention.
This week, I’ve been especially aware of how much the voices we allow into our minds shape our ability to fully seek God. These last two days especially, I’ve spent more time scrolling through anxiety-inducing updates than I have in prayer. And I know I’m not alone in this. So today, I want to invite us all to get even more intentional about what we allow into our minds and our hearts.
This means making sure that God’s voice is louder than the clamor of everything else. This might look like starting and ending your day with prayer instead of headlines, choosing your Bible over social media, or picking worship over a podcast. Small, consistent choices like these transform our thoughts and create big shifts in how we experience freedom and flow in our daily lives.
Take a moment to reflect: How can you prioritize God in your choices today? What distractions can you set aside to make room for Him?
Seek Him first, and trust that everything else will fall into place behind that.
