Day 7: Walk | Freedom & Flow 2025

Sundays are sacred—a day to honor and protect the Sabbath by focusing on rest, renewal, worship, and family, instead of being caught up in work, socializing, or the busyness of preparing for the week ahead. This rhythm has been integral to my walk with God, especially in the last few years. It’s a time to pause, reflect, and realign with His presence and purpose.

As we continue our fast, let’s think about the way we walk through life—our actions, decisions, and the posture of our hearts. Walking humbly with God isn’t just about bowing our heads in prayer or acknowledging His greatness, it’s about living out our day-to-day in a way that reflects His love, mercy, and justice in all we do.

Micah 6:8 asks: “And what does the Lord require of you?” and then answers, “To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” This verse gives us a framework for how we should move, grounded in humility.

Walking humbly with God isn’t just about bowing our heads in prayer or lifting our hands in worship, it’s about living out our day-to-day in a way that reflects His love, mercy, and justice in all we do. Micah 6:8 asks: “And what does the Lord require of you?” and then answers, “To act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” This verse gives us a framework for how we should move, grounded in humility.

Let this Sunday be a time to check your spiritual stride, and make sure you’re walking humbly with the One who leads us so faithfully. Trust Him to order your steps, and remember, this walk is not about perfection but about direction.
